Yes. Order in the online shop by 08:00 and collect the same afternoon. Shop orders can be collected Wednesday to Friday 11:00–18:00 and Saturday 11:00–15:00. If you need another time, get in touch. We let you know when your order is ready.

• Online shop: card, Klarna or Swish.
• Orders by email, invoiced: Bankgiro, Swish or bank transfer.
• Orders by email that you collect: pay in advance, or by Swish when you collect.

Yes, the price per cupcake drops for larger orders. See our price list. For very large orders, or deliveries to several offices or cities, email us at orders@thecupcakefactory.se.

Yes. In the online shop, add a greeting card to your basket and write your message in the order notes. For company orders, write it in your request.

• Delivery: we deliver ourselves in Stockholm, Uppsala, Enköping and Västerås.
• Shipping: we send boxes to any address in Sweden.
• Pickup: collect from our bakery in Enköping, free of charge.

Yes. Our own team delivers to companies and events in Stockholm, Uppsala, Enköping and Västerås, for orders of more than 50 cupcakes or 100 mini cupcakes. Email orders@thecupcakefactory.se at least 3 working days before the delivery date. Economy delivery costs SEK 499. For express and timed deliveries, contact the bakery. Shipping is calculated based on the destination.

Yes, with PostNord to any address in Sweden.

• Order by 08:00 and we can send it the same evening. It arrives in 1–2 working days.
• For delivery the same week, order by Wednesday 08:00 to receive it by Friday.
• No deliveries on Sundays or Mondays, because parcels travel overnight.
• In busy periods we may set an earlier cut-off.

Usually by 16:00 the day after we send it, at the service point closest to your address. We can't promise an exact time. You normally get a text message when it's ready to collect, so pick it up as soon as you can.

Yes, every parcel can be tracked.

Our boxes are made to arrive intact, and collecting your parcel quickly lowers the risk further. If something does arrive damaged, contact us as soon as possible and we'll help.

Mostly not, but a few ingredients are swapped so they travel well:

• Red Velvet and Carrot get vanilla buttercream instead of cream cheese frosting.
• Lemon curd filling is replaced with raspberry.

Keep them at room temperature and enjoy them the day you get them. If you'll eat them more than 24 hours later, keep them in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Take them out about an hour before serving. Our frosting is made with real butter, so it's firm straight from the fridge.

We offer a small range of custom decorations for weddings, children's parties, baby showers and company events. We can also print monograms, logos or images on fondant toppers. Get in touch to plan your design.

Yes. Send your logo as a high-resolution PNG or JPEG to orders@thecupcakefactory.se at least 4 working days before delivery.

4 or 6 cupcakes in mixed flavours, in a gift box with a personal card. It's made for sending to staff or clients, and we can add your company logo to the decoration.

Yes, small and large orders. We ship the next day and the boxes arrive in 1–2 working days, during office hours.

We bake options for special diets, but we are not a gluten-free or nut-free bakery. Tell us about any allergies in your order and we'll advise you.

A small selection that changes over time. Right now it includes vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and lactose-free cupcakes. Ask us what's available for your date.

Yes, and they taste just as good. Order at least 6 standard or 12 mini cupcakes of each allergy-friendly variety.
